Wot UX/UI Forms
2023 | Figma
Wot, a groundbreaking platform, has embarked on a mission to bridge the gender gap in the corporate world. With a focus on empowering senior women possessing extensive work experience, Wot acts as a unique matchmaker, connecting these remarkable women with forward-thinking companies in search of female talent for managerial and directorial roles. As part of a challenging yet rewarding project, I took on the responsibility of designing the platform's user interface and crafting an exceptional user experience.

The challenge
The heart of this project lay in the creation of two pivotal forms, each housing over 30 carefully curated questions. These forms were meticulously designed with a profound emphasis on efficiency, ensuring that the interaction between the candidates and potential employers was both streamlined and intuitive. The delicate balance of inquiring about the women's extensive backgrounds and qualifications, and the companies' specific needs and preferences, was a central challenge.
The process
In order to optimize the user experience, I delved into the world of user-centered design, conducting in-depth research and usability testing to make sure that the forms were both engaging and accessible. The end goal was not just to collect data, but to enable these women to showcase their talents and experiences effectively, while making the hiring process as seamless as possible for the organizations involved.
My role
This project not only highlights my proficiency in interface design and user experience, but it also exemplifies my commitment to contributing to a more equitable and inclusive professional landscape. It is a testament to the power of design in bringing about positive change, and I am immensely proud to include it in my portfolio as a testament to my passion for meaningful and impactful design work.
Results
By meticulously crafting the two pivotal forms with over 30 questions each, we were able to strike a delicate balance between collecting vital information, while designing based on Human Center Design, so the candidate nor the company got bored while answering the forms. The outcome were both a great user and interfase experience that was not only efficient, but also highly engaging and accessible.
